Sourced and evaluated commercial driver candidates.

Organizational Growth Context

During my time with a transportation and logistics company, I helped establish recruiting and operational processes that supported the company’s expansion from approximately 2 drivers to more than 20.

My contributions included candidate sourcing, screening, hiring coordination, compliance documentation, onboarding, and developing processes that enabled the internal team to manage recruiting more consistently.
