Emunah Oaks is a Houston-based business operations consultancy offering talent sourcing, screening, and hiring coordination services. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website.
What we collect
Through our talent network form: your name, contact details, country and city of residence, professional background, skills, education, career preferences, and your resume. Through our hiring inquiry form: business contact details and information about the role. We do not ask for government identification, passport details, banking information, or sensitive employment documentation.
Why we collect it
To review your experience, consider your profile when a relevant opportunity arises, contact you if you have agreed to be contacted, and respond to employer hiring inquiries. Registration does not mean every candidate will be contacted.
How it is stored and protected
Submissions are saved in a private database, and resumes are kept in private file storage rather than at public web addresses. Candidate registrations and employer inquiries are stored separately. Visitors can submit forms but cannot view anything that has been submitted.
Who can see it
Only signed-in Emunah Oaks administrators can view submissions. Administrators open resumes through temporary links that expire after a few minutes. Information is never published on this website.
Sharing with employers
Sharing with employers is a separate, optional choice on the registration form, independent of agreeing to be contacted. We only share a candidate's information with a prospective employer if the candidate selected that option, and after confirming the candidate's interest in a specific opportunity. If the option is not selected, we will not share the profile with employers.
How long we keep it
We have not set a fixed retention period. Talent network records are kept while they may be relevant to future opportunities, and are deleted when you ask us to or when we decide they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, by contacting Emunah Oaks. We will confirm the request and act on it.

No guarantees or fees
Registration does not guarantee employment, interviews, or placement. There is no fee to join our talent network.
